ST LEONARD KITCHEN
A total kitchen renovation to bring this 1960s home up to date, while tenant friendly. Before photos show a cluttered although cute old layout. We rearranged the layout to put the stove back on the exterior wall for better ventilation and made room elsewhere for washer dryer. Now, the extensive wood countertop is the envy of the neighbours!

Modular and accessible, IKEA cabinets and lighting were the bones for the design, using a restricted palette of dark grey, white and wood countertops for a neutral result. Inexpensive ceramic wall tiles allowed us to cover the entire wall height, to achieve a clean modern look at an economical pricepoint. Wood floors were uncovered during the demolition and opted to keep them for cost savings and the warm bright finish.
